Return Policy

At Arlene James Apparel Studio, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. Please review the following guidelines for our return policy:

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Exchanges or Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds for returned items.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, store credit will be issued.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at arlenejamesac@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if available) and include the RA number.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Approval: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our requirements.

Exchange or Store Credit Process: Upon approval of the return, customers can choose between an exchange for a different size, color, or style (if available), or store credit.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code and will be emailed to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hats, scarves) for hygienic reasons.
  • Items purchased with store credit or gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
